Hello and welcome to my website.

My name is Julia and I provide counselling and therapy in Haggerston and Walthamstow , East London. I hope these pages will give you a sense of who I am and how I work as a therapist. If you have found your way to my website then you may be suffering in some way and thinking about finding some support from a counsellor, someone outside your usual support networks.

We can all go through times in our lives when we feel it would be beneficial to talk to someone who is outside our family and friends. It is a brave decision to seek help from a counsellor. Whatever reasons you have for seeking therapy are valid and I will treat them and you with care and respect.

I will provide you with a warm, calm therapy space where together we can explore and make sense of what has brought you to counselling and begin to untangle the past, present and future to give a clearer idea or where you are now and where you would like to be.

Maybe you are experiencing anxiety or depression and you feel you would benefit from some support. Maybe counselling is something you have always been curious about, or maybe there is a mismatch between how you want life to be and how it is.

I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of supporting you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
